MedWest Sports Medicine providing free sports physicals at MedWest-Harris on May 15

SYLVA, N.C. -- MedWest Sports Medicine and physicians at MedWest-Harris will provide free sports physicals for Smoky Mountain High School students and Jackson County rising seventh and eighth graders on May 15 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the West Entrance of MedWest-Harris, near Rehabilitation Services.

The physicals are intended for those students who will be participating in athletics during the 2012-2013 school year. Athletes or parents should see coaches at school to pick up forms prior to attending the physicals. For more information about the free sports physicals call 586-7934.
