MedWest Physician Network welcomes Mountain Medical Associates

CLYDE, N.C. – Mountain Medical Associates, an established multi-specialty healthcare practice in Clyde, is joining the MedWest Physician Network on Dec. 1. 
Mountain Medical Associates includes 11 physicians and one nurse practitioner, offering internal medicine with an emphasis on healthcare maintenance and preventive medicine, as well as pulmonary medicine, gastroenterology, rheumatology and neurology. 

The practice includes Steven S. Crider, M.D., Jay W. Grosse, M.D., John A. LaFata, D.O., Craig H. Linger, M.D., Ditte G. Phillips, M.D., all specializing in internal medicine, and Leslie D. McDowell, R.N., A.N.P.-B.C., M.S.N., specializing in adult primary care; Harry G. Lipham, M.D., P.A., specializing in pulmonary medicine; Filiberto Colón II, M.D., and Henry P. Nathan, M.D., specializing in gastroenterology; Najeeb O. Ghaussy, M.D., and Kate T. Queen, M.D., P.A., specializing in rheumatology; and Howard W. Palay, M.D. specializing in neurology.
