MedWest Health and Fitness Center announces new Small Group Personal Training
Clyde, N.C. – Are you looking to get in shape, get healthy, and improve your life? What about exercising with friends and family? Now you can do both, as MedWest Health & Fitness Center is pleased to announce new Small Group Personal Training.
Personal training has long been used to help participants lose weight, gain muscle definition, build confidence, and improve their overall quality of life. This is now available at a cheaper price, and can be done with family and friends.
“With increasing demand, proven success in the industry, higher exercise adherence and the ability for participants to save money while training with their peers, small group personal training is quickly becoming a popular and successful service. Group personal training includes all the benefits of a one-on-one session, but without the heavy price tag,” says Scott Collins, MedWest Health & Fitness Center’s Exercise Physiologist.
