MedWest-Swain offering free ‘Holiday Mayhem’ program Nov. 18 to help with holiday stress

BRYSON CITY, N.C. – To help with holiday stress, MedWest-Swain in Bryson City is presenting the free program “Holiday Mayhem: Giving Yourself Less Holiday Stress” from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Nov. 18 at the MedWest-Swain Dining Room.

MedWest Health System’s Behavioral Health Clinician Glenda Sawyer, LCSW, and Health Promotion Coordinator Kathy Keogh will lead an interactive discussion about holiday stress. Participants will receive a personalized gift of less stress this holiday season. Call (828) 452-8089 for more information.
