Health & Fitness Competition between Teams
Teams can consist of any group or family from 3 to 10 people.
Everyone is encouraged to participate
Each individual is responsible for keeping track of their own minutes of moderate/vigorous exercise per week.
At the end of each week they will report that to their team captain.
Team Captain will submit the Team score weekly. Please submit scores by end of day each Monday
Team Captains will calculate the Team Score as follows:
Weekly Team Score = Total Minutes of Exercise by Team / Total Number of Team Members
