RULES
Health & Fitness Competition between Teams
Teams can consist of any group or family from 3 to 10 people.
Families are encouraged to enter
SCORING
Each person has a possibility of 5 points total each day.
You get a 1 point a day by completing each of the following:
- 30 minutes of Physical Activity a day
- Less than 2 hours of Screen Time per day(television, computer, video games, cell phone, etc)
- No Sugary Drinks a day
- Eating 5 or More Fruits and Vegetables a day
- Sleep at least 7 hours per night
Example: If you walk for 30 minutes (+1), limit screen time to 1.5 hours (+1), avoid sugary drinks (+1), eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables (+1), but only get 5 hours of sleep, you will earn 4 points that day.
TEAM SCORING
Team captain will submits scores each week.
Team score is calculated as follows: Total number of Points for the Week divided by Number of Team members equals Weekly Team Score.
Example: Person A = 30 points, Person B = 20 points, Person C = 22 points
72 points / 3 people = 24 points for the week
